How the Out-of-State Grillz Process Works
Step 1: Start with your consult (virtual or in-person)
We’ll confirm:
the teeth you want covered (top/bottom, how many)
style (open face, solid, cutouts, stones, etc.)
your timeline (especially if you’re traveling for a specific event)
Step 2: If we need a new mold, we send you a mold kit
If your mold is missing, damaged, or not usable, we’ll mail you a mold kit so you can redo it from home.
Step 3: We do a FaceTime fit-check before calling it “final”
If you receive your grill and it doesn’t fit the way it should, we’ll set up a FaceTime call to confirm what’s happening (tight spots, rocking, gaps, bite issues, etc.). This helps avoid unnecessary back-and-forth and makes the solution faster.
Step 4: If it still doesn’t fit, you send it back and we remake it
After the FaceTime check:
You’ll send the grill back
Include the mold (and anything else we request)
We’ll remake it so it fits correctly
Lead Time: 4–6 weeks
Our typical turnaround is 4–6 weeks from approved mold/scan + finalized design details. (If you’re trying to be ready for a specific date, start early.)
