Arrival + Setup

  • Vendor load-in / setup: 5:00 PM

  • Doors open / vendors live: 5:30 PM

  • Please plan to be fully set by 5:25 PM so we can start on time.

  • Flash Tattoos: 5:30–8:00

  • Melted & Bonded
    Permanent Jewelry:     5:30–8:00

  • MITTS: 5:30–8:00

  • Henna: 6:00–7:00 (or sooner if you can)

  • Caricature Artist (Grillz Character Drawings): 6:00–8:00

  • Roaming Magician: 6:30–7:30

  • Cotton Candy: 7:45–8:15

  • Munchies: 5:30 - 8:00

  • Ashley Massage: 530 - 8:30

  • Jetibles: 530 - 830

Setup needs (please read)

  • Bring your own table + chairs (and any display items).

  • Bring a signup sheet if you want to manage a waitlist.

  • Bring extension cords if you need power.

Getting into the building

The North Entrance will be the closest entrance to the space. There are about 3 stairs down and the 4-5 stairs up. I am happy to help anyone who may need it. Please dial Jem Junkies at the door and we will buzz you in.

  • Parking

  • Street parking is available on the side/behind the building. Its free behind the building and reasonably priced on the sides of the building

  • There is also paid parking on-premise, plus additional parking near the South Entrance.

If you’re bringing a guest/team member, please make sure they RSVP (so we can plan food + drinks).
